Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked delivery to your address (building, apartment, city, and postal code). A signature may be required for orders over €80.

Pickup point

Pick up your parcel at a partner collection point or an automated locker near you. Your items are held there for 7 days before being returned to us.

Delivery times are calculated in business days from departure from our workshop. More remote areas may require 1 to 2 additional days for transit.

Standard shipping is free on orders over €80 in France. For smaller orders, shipping costs €4.90.
Expect 2 to 3 business days for transit after departure from our workshop.
Place your order before 13:30 on a business day, and we will prepare your boxes the same day.
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is new and in its original box.
Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.

Order processing

Any order completed before 13:30 on a business day is shipped the same day. Purchases confirmed later, over the weekend, or on a public holiday ship on the next business day. A confirmation email with your reference is sent to you immediately.

Sports items are packaged in reinforced double- or triple-wall cardboard boxes, strengthened with rigid edge protectors. Cast iron components, bars, and metal accessories are individually padded with high-density polyethylene foam and secured using tear-resistant industrial strapping to prevent movement during transport.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier, a unique tracking number is sent automatically by email or mobile notification to track shipment progress in real time up to delivery.

Lost or delayed parcel

If package tracking shows no progress for 5 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier, then either reship the equipment or issue a full refund within 10 business days, depending on your preference.

Damaged on arrival

If damage is noted upon receipt, the customer must state specific and detailed reservations on the delivery slip, refuse the package if necessary, and send photos of the damage to the Atelier Fonte customer service within 48 hours to arrange a free replacement.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier directly when your package is delivered. No advance payment is required.

Bank transfer

Simply transfer the funds to our bank account, details of which are displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Your equipment will ship once payment is received, usually within one business day.

We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Please note that our teams will never ask for your banking login details or passwords by phone or email.

Delivery outside France

We ship our equipment to selected countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed in your cart before checkout. Any import taxes and customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
