Conditions

To be eligible for return within the statutory 14-day period following delivery, sports equipment must be complete, in its original condition, not permanently assembled, free of wear or impact marks, and packaged in its original protective packaging with all screws, hardware, and manuals.

Excluded from the right of return are unsealed textile sports accessories worn directly against the skin, used wear parts, and any equipment subjected to mechanical alterations compromising user safety standards.

How to return an item

Send the withdrawal request in writing to [email protected], specifying the order reference
Receive the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number along with instructions and the address of our logistics platform in France
Carefully pack the sports equipment in its original box with all protective inserts
Refund approval within 3 to 10 business days following the physical inspection of the received equipment

Who pays return shipping

In the case of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, we cover the shipping costs: we provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a carrier. If you simply wish to cancel your purchase, return shipping remains at your expense, with no additional fees deducted.

Refund timing and method

We initiate payment within 3 business days once the equipment inspection is approved. If you paid cash on delivery, the amount is transferred to the account of your choice; for an initial payment by bank transfer, the funds return to the issuing bank account. Processing between banks usually takes 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

To get another diameter, a different weight, or a distinct item, follow our return procedure and place an order for the new equipment. We will refund the returned product upon receipt. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, shipping fees for your new order are free.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it remains in our warehouse. Write to [email protected] with your order reference. Once the package has shipped, the standard return process applies.
