The goods

Retail sale of sports equipment, weight machines, dumbbells, barbells, fitness conditioning accessories, floor mats, and ergonomic protective gear intended for individual and group training. Each listing in our catalog specifies the parts included, the number of items, and how they are packaged. Our visuals serve as illustrations, and actual packaging may show slight variations.

Ordering and contract

Your purchase takes effect once payment is confirmed. An acknowledgment email is sent to you, with the contract becoming binding upon shipment of the items. We may decline an order if items are out of stock or if it is impossible to verify your details, in which case any charged amount will be fully refunded to you.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR inclusive of all taxes, including VAT. Shipping charges are clearly displayed before final payment. Accepted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs before the package departs, we may adjust the amount by inviting you either to confirm at the correct price or cancel your order.

Product images and colours

Our photographs show the actual equipment from our stock. Depending on lighting or your screen calibration, shades may vary slightly from reality, which constitutes neither a defect nor grounds for compensation or free returns. Each product page precisely details dimensions, materials, and finishes.

Transfer of risk

We assume full responsibility for parcels until physical handover by the courier, to you or to the third party designated at your address. The risk of breakage or loss transfers to you upon this receipt. Any impact or visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You have a period of 14 days after receipt to return an item to us, following the instructions detailed on the Returns page. In accordance with Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, our sports equipment benefits from the two-year statutory conformity warranty from the delivery of the goods, as well as the statutory warranty against hidden defects.

• Sports equipment made to the customer's unique specifications or clearly personalized
• Training consumables and sealed products subject to rapid deterioration or with an expiration date
• Protective body gear or sports apparel in contact with the skin unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection
• Equipment and mechanical parts irreversibly assembled or inextricably mixed with other structures after delivery
• Training guides in digital format or audio and video media unsealed by the customer

Liability

The liability of Atelier Fonte SAS is strictly limited to the total amount of the order paid by the consumer, or to an equivalent maximum flat-rate amount in the event of a proven direct breach. Nothing in these provisions shall exclude or limit any statutory liability that cannot be waived by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to order from our store. Use of the equipment must comply with the provided instructions, without ever replacing the recommendations of a healthcare professional.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of France have sole jurisdiction after unsuccessful recourse to a consumer mediation process. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent court of our registered office will handle the dispute, subject to mandatory protective rules in effect in your country of residence.
