To start training at home, an adjustable set made of a short bar and cast steel plates makes it easy to vary resistance. You can adjust the weight for each exercise without cluttering your living space. Our workshop offers balanced configurations suited to every build.

Our bench frames are manufactured from heavy-gauge powder-coated steel to guarantee complete rigidity. The feet rest on dense vulcanized rubber pads to keep from marking hardwood or tiled floors. No fragile plastic parts are used in the load-bearing frame.

A simple wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each workout is enough to remove moisture. You can apply a drop of mineral oil to the knurling once a year to condition the metal. Avoid abrasive cleaning products that could harm the protective patina of the steel.

When confirming your cart, select bank transfer or cash on delivery as your payment method. The account details for our Bordeaux facility appear immediately and are sent by email. Your package is dispatched as soon as your order is confirmed before 13:30 on working days.

The carrier delivers your heavy parcel to your doorstep or to the ground floor of your building, depending on access. In buildings without an elevator, we suggest opening the main box on the ground floor to carry up the cast plates individually. Each item remains easy to handle once unboxed.

You have 30 days after delivery to notify us of a return for brand-new, unused equipment. Items must be packed back into their original box with all protective inserts. Upon receipt and inspection at our Bordeaux workshop, the refund is issued by bank transfer.
